What format are the photos in?

The images on a Photo CD are in JPEG format, about 600x400 pixels. Images on a PRINT CD are in TIF format, for high-quality printing - about 3,072x2,048 pixels. Downloadable Images in the Chip Clark Photography Stock & Fine Art Store are JPEG format, up to 3,072x2,048 pixels.

Do you offer refunds?

No, we do not provide refunds for any products. If you are unsatisfied with a print due to a printing error that was missed, or you find a problem with a Photo CD or DVD it will be replaced without charge.

Why are images in the Weddings and Portraits section not downloadable?

At this time we are not offering images in these categories for digital download. The Chip Clark Photography Stock & Fine Art Store contains downloadable stock photography images.
